Getting Started: Equipment
- Wet suits are mandatory for our sessions, if you don’t have one you can borrow one of ours.
- A Swimming Hat so we can see you, goggles if you want / need them.
- Some people like to swim with a swim float, if you have one then bring it.
- Towel / Changing robe for afterwards

Open Water Swimming
Open water swimming sessions take place regularly during the summer, normally starting in early May and running through until September. Cost: Members £5 and Non-members £7.50
